So. Flying with Virgin. It says I can have a handbag/small ruck sack on top of hand luggage. The handbag needs handbag stuff in apparently and not stuff they consider packing. What's an acceptable size and weight for the handbag? I've read the guideline umpteen times and still feel stupid.
I have a plain black Karl Lagerfeld bag so I don't think they're naff haha. I got it in the sale last year for quite a lot of money off. It's lovely quality and not really branded, it's quite subtle. From what I remember with Virgin you get a carry on bag (I take like an overnight bag with all my crap in it) and a personal item (which is your handbag).
So you can take the max weight in your carry on but still have a tablet/make up/book etc in your handbag? And that's not counted in the weight?I've seen a lovely leather Lagerfield tote but wasn't sure if it was too big.
