I'm currently working overseas and placed an order with LF at the end of November. After a month my order hadn't arrived so tracked it online. It's in Seoul and has been with Korean customs for nearly a month.

I've asked them for a refund as I'm never going to receive the order. They refuse stating they need to investigate with the courier. Surely that's not my problem. Anyone else had issues with them?

Forgot to say my location is 3,000 miles from Seoul something has gone wrong and no apology from them.

Yes I did but only when living abroad too funnily enough (no issues at all when I lived in the U.K.). After several emails to their customer service team and still no parcel arriving, I posted on their facebook page. Someone messaged me back and it all finally got sorted from there.

Yes I'm in France and they advertised free worldwide delivery, which I didn't get, plus the price of the item shot up by 15% when I switched from U.K. delivery to French delivery. I emailed them and they wouldn't answer me as to why this was, insisted I had chosen tracked delivery when in fact no choice was offered, and generally went round in circles and refused to answer my questions. I think all their answers come off a crib sheet and nobody there is capable of actual human interaction.

Yes. Only my problem was to with my subscription to their beauty box. Due to a glitch in their system, my subscription 'broke' and they kept telling me they were fixing it/it would be fixed etc. etc. Never called or emailed when they said they would and I was constantly chasing them about it. It never got resolved and I cancelled the subscription and took my business elsewhere as I can't abide companies with such poor customer service.

violetbunny same here never had problems ordering when in the UK it seems shipping internationally is a problem for them. A few years back they sent my order to South Africa my order finally arrived after a couple of months but they didn't apologise. Thanks I will send a message through Facebook.

MountainDweller their customer service team are awful and never answer the question. I had the same problem and had to pay for postage.

SpornStar sounds frustrating don't blame you for cancelling.

They are a bit rubbish really aren't they?!
