I'm currently working overseas and placed an order with LF at the end of November. After a month my order hadn't arrived so tracked it online. It's in Seoul and has been with Korean customs for nearly a month.
I've asked them for a refund as I'm never going to receive the order. They refuse stating they need to investigate with the courier. Surely that's not my problem. Anyone else had issues with them?
