I keep hearing how great the primark Opaque tights are but are they okay for 5ft10 size 14?
Or would the M&S Autograph ones be better?
or anywhere else really?

Get the XL and you'll be fine.

Great tights

I'm only 5'6" and bought some primark opaque tights last week in large and they are perfect, I'm a size 16 btw.

I suppose for the price the primark are worth a shot.
I'm heading to the city tomorrow so I'll take a look.

Do they wash OK? Don't want saggy knees, got them without the tights thanks. smile

I'm 5'10" and a size 14/16. They fit well.

Thanks for responses all.

I'm 5'7" and size 12 and Primark large tights are way too small for me.

Have they started doing an XL? Worth trying possibly then.

They are the best tights I've ever bought.

5'7 and size 22/24 primark 100 denier (with the gusset) in XL come right up to my bra!

They don't do more than 10 washes before the elastane gets dodgy though.

Ok, maybe I've never tried opaques from there? Can't remember. I know their "wool" tights definitely aren't big enough in L and don't come in XL.

Looks like there's a few sorts on the website, none of which have sizing info.
I've never been on the website, for such a big company its not great.

Sainsbury's opaques are brilliant and wash very well
