OCM recommendations? - help me purge my blackhead riddled neck!

Before DS2 I was with a consultant dermatologist for my comedonal acne on my back and neck. He wanted to prescribe roaccutane but we were family planning and the take home literature frankly terrified me!

My face is fine but after some S&B research i've ordered some COSRX BHA Blackhead Power Liquid and wanted to combine this with an OCM routine to try out before I go back to the consultant? They do come out very easily with extraction but theres just so many of the little bastards i wanted to hit the area hard?

hoping for some wisdom please!
