Christmas party black tie dress ideas pls

Christmas party challenge.

This year our firm is holding a Christmas Party at Grosvenor House Hotel (been there before) and dress code will most likely be black tie/cocktail. I've put on a stone since last year and trying to lose it now but highly doubt this will happen before the party. so I need some ideas. All my black tie evening gowns I've got rid of but do have evening bags, stoles, jewellery etc I just need a dress. HELP!

Am 5 ft 4 and a half, 11 stone, quite long limbed (legs), 30G bust, narrow waist. This:- is the type of dress I like now:-

I'm obsessed with this one, it's Topshop. Sadly no Christmas do's to wear it to so can't justify wearing it.
