Best soft cup bra for 34h

What's the general consensus about Doreen?

I'm currently wearing M&S Full Cup Embroidered. I adapt them to fit me and they are great to start with - a perfect fit.

However, the fabric is not sufficiently robust for me and consequently the bra looses its elasticity after a about 10 wears. If I then move to the middle hook then I've lost the elasticity and the bra simply feels like a restrictive band around my chest.

To add the query, I have nerve damage on my left side and so the pressure from the bra aggravates the damage nerves. Consequently I avoid underwires.

I can't help on Doreen, but noticed Ms Pomelo bras in my instagram feed. They seem to be non-wired, old school supportive bras for large busts.

Doreen is quite pointy IMHO. Bravissimo have lots of soft cup options.

Also maybe try sports bra styles? They come up very high on the chest but some give a nice shape, I like shock absorber.

I wore Doreen through my pregnancy and it was so comfortable. I remember finding them hilarious when I was a teen and couldn't imagine who would wear them, but after trying lots of other soft cup bras, Doreen was the only one that had the support, separation and comfort for me.

The bra experience has become an absolute nightmare for me. My first thought in the morning is having to live with the pain of a too tight fitting bra or the missives irritation of a bra that is bearable to wear but consequently is slipping around when I move.

Have just bought a Doreen to give it a go but understand what people mean when they say the breasts point 'east and west'. Maybe the fabric softens to the wearer's shape!

Sports bras could be worth a try.

Not the Shock Absorber (the sizing is a bit weird and it tends to flatten into monoboob - great for running, less good for general wear)

On days when my good bras are in the wash I wear one of my m&s oldies (like you the cups fit but the band is stretched out) with a seamfree bra on top to hold it all together. My seamfree is a jo jo Maman Bebe nursing bra but I'm sure a cheap one from Amazon would do the same job.
