Anyone fancy a pre Christmas self-improvement project?

I need to lose a bit of weight, sort my wardrobe out and start paying more attention to my skin in the hope I can fit into clothes I like for Christmas and look half decent in them. Anyone fancy joining a chat / tips for skincare etc?

Have been saying it for weeks but going to start tomorrow with going to the gym every morning. And will hopefully start to improve my daily routine
