Can you find me a dress?

Anyone up for a challenge? I just can't find anything I like
I need a fairly fancy dress for an award ceremony at the end of October (I'm up for an award!! 😬)
I'm 10-12, 5"2 and pear shaped with a small waist. I'm quite pale so can't really do nude or very light colours but have been told black is boring. I know I suit emerald green and ruby red and other jewel colours.
Would rather not spend more than £60ish if poss
