Aloe vera

My skin reacted to something a couple of weeks ago, it was red and itchy so I put some aloe Vera on it and it calmed down, but it also seemed to calm my Rosecea, I've been using it ever since and although the Rosacea hasn't gone my face doesn't feel as angry and is definitely better than it was.
Can I continue to use aloe Vera on does it do something bad if I use it all the time?
