Had ELCS 11 weeks ago, night out tomorrow- help me!!

I had my dc 11 weeks ago- I have an impromptu party tomorrow night and due to being on maternity leave and being skint, am not in a position to buy a new dress. The only dress I have that fits my humungous tummy is very similar to this; but a bit more floral than geometric if you see what I mean.

Please help me style this dress so I don't look like a humungous frump in a party full of skinny 18 year olds?!
Any ideas on shoes/ make up/ nails/ etc.
I have a wide black belt, would that look too 50s? Red lips?

im normally quite confident in my own style and body but I feel completely thrown today!
