Has anyone seen a dress like this?

Saw this dress in a shop when I was on holiday in Cyprus. I tried it on and I loved the fit, but there was something about the way the shoulder area was cut that just didn't look right on me. However, I loved the rest of it. Shift dress but relaxed rather than very fitted. Has anyone seen anything similar? It's for a wedding I have coming up. Thanks.
