Considering augmentation procedure

I am a 5ft 4, size 12, and wear a 32dd bra.

I have always felt my breasts have been small, and for some reason, I feel it more than ever right now.

If I mention this to friends they are surprised.

Growing up a dd bra size always seemed to be large, but I hardly can acheive a cleavage.

Am i the only one?
