Im pushing the boat out and buying new summer shoes and have narrowed it down the these but not sure if i should just get the white leather in either:

does anyone have these? how does the metallic last and are they too bold in real life?
you have to pay for the returns, dont mind really but will mean ordering 4 pairs as im never a consistent size.
also, boots seem a bit too "hip" for me (35 yrs old if it makes a difference).
