Have just ordered from Zalando. Several times in fact.
Wanting to return a pair of jeans, I noticed there wasn't a tag on them. I was pretty sure there had been but couldn't find it. I called them and said 'don't suppose you'll have them back' and they said 'Sure, why not, you're saying you haven't worn them and we like to believe our customers.' They've put a note no my account, presumably to check them for coffee/wine/tomato spills .
They were a pleasure to deal with, answered the phone really fast and their boxes are brilliantly designed to tape back up again.
