I have awfully dry, flaky skin around my nose and mouth.

Can anyone recommend a good primer? Have been reading online about them but don't want to splash out until I have a few recommendations!

Laura Mercier do some of the best, especially if you're in need of some hydration. Go in store and see which one suits you best their staff are well trained and not pushy.
