Tiny veins developing under nose

Help! I'm developing tiny veins between my top lip and nose. I do seem to have a runny nose a lot and after eating hot or spicy meals my nose gets embarrassingly red .

I suppose there is no actual natural cure or is there any possibility they may disappear? They have only come in the last few months.
I am 45.

Also has anyone good concealer recommendations that would withstand gentle dabbing of a runny nose?

I don't think they will resolve spontaneously. You would probably need IPL or a vascular laser to get rid of them. It sounds like you may have rosacea.
