Seriously fed up with my skin now it's driving me CRAZY

Just want to rant!!.......my skin has gone crazy again I think because I have tried a couple of new things in last couple weeks but now my skin has broken out in loads of sore red lumps, spots and small rashy red spots! It also feels dry itchy and irritated!
I'm just fed up of not being able to find products that I love and make my skin feel "right" I can't use acids etc my skin can only tolerate a simple routine as its naturally very sensitive, all I want is a something to cleanse (I use dermalogica ultracalming cleanser which tbh I think is fine on my skin) and something that's going to hydrate me fully with no residue or irritation! (Currently using dermalogica skin smoothing cream but am very unsure as can sometimes tingle and I often get red spots)
I need products that are fragrance free which is not easy these days!
I was also using Avene water spray after cleansing and before moisturising but think this may have been making my skin feel more dry.
I JUST DONT KNOW ANYMORE arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh

I have tried Avene, la Roche posay, simple, Eucerin, Clinique, Liz Earle, and loads more in past!
