Should I just put a bit more foundation on? At the moment I just use foundation and mascara. The foundation is very light. Any help appreciated Smile

Actually IME the lighting means you don't need as much foundation on skin as it evens skin out. I'd say put a little eyeliner on and blusher as otherwise the lighting can overpower features. I'm not a expert though, just speaking from my very limited experience of having professional pictures taken!

Stay away from light-reflecting foundations and concealers, as they can show up very chalky. Touche Eclat under the eyes, for example, can look bright white under a flash.

I had a photo taken at a posh black-tie do when I was wearing a posh light-refecting powder, and I looked awful - all pearly and super-shiny.

Don't wear anything with spf or too much shimmer, and avoid touche eclat.
Don't wear bright red clothes or bright bright red lipstick.
Use a light hand with foundation. Go a little heavier than normal with eye makeup and blusher.

Thanks very much ladies! I took your advice, no touche eclait, and usedy normal light foundation, with eye pencil and mascara, with a bit of benefit Dallas on my cheek bones. Hope they look ok!!
