Eye cream and concealer recommendations

I really need an eye cream to sort out my dark circles and lines under my eyes. They're getting to the stage where they are really noticeable now, every time I smile all I can see are lines and wrinkles, I'm only 33! I've currently got a sample of Benefit it's potent on the go but I can't say I've noticed much of a difference.
Concealer recommendations would also be welcome, I've tried touche eclat but am allergic, benefit boi-ing which I find too heavy and they don't do the right colour for me) and collection lasting perfection which was ok but I think I need something with better coverage.
I also have oily skin so I need a setting powder over foundation but this doesn't help the under eye situation. Please help!!

I've had a good experience with using lrp redermic r eyes at night and redermic C eyes during the day. They're the only eye creams I've found that seem to have an effect and that don't leave me with swollen puffy eyes.

After trying lots of concealers, the best for me is loreal touch magique.

I've always had dark circles (due to sinus issues) to the point where as a self conscious teenager I would sleep with layers and layers of concealer on in the hope it would permanently stain my skin - daft I know. As you can imagine, I've tried LOADS and the very best for me are the Dior ones.
Daily, I use Dior Skin Nude as it has heavy coverage but the hydrating quality in it means I don't end up with fine lines when applied. At night, or if I'm wearing heavier make up I use Dior Skin Star concealer. I highly recommend both and because of the great quality a little goes a long way. At least 3 months at £22 concealer for me.

Thanks for the replies. I have been thinking about using a retinol for a while now and redermic is on offer at boots so I've just bought the redermic r and redermic r eyes. I already use effaclar duo and get on with it well so fingers crossed these help too. I intend to use the effaclar duo in the morning and the redermics at night as I'm not sure you can mix?
I will try out some of the concealers mentioned next time I can get to a department store.

Nars radiant creamy concealer is sublime.

I second the Nars radiant creamy concealer. I'm also a fan of the Bobbi Brown one that comes with a powder. If my shadows are really bad I use a colour corrector - also Bobbi Brown - under it.

Could your skin be dehydrated? There's a really good Sali Hughes tutorial on the Guardian that explains dehydrated vs dry skin. Might be worth a look as dehydrated or dry skin would make the wrinkles appear much worse than they are.
