Shrug/jacket with this dress for a wedding?

I'm rubbish at links so have added a picture!

I want to wear this dress to a wedding in a few weeks - it's black but I thought that'd be okay this time of year?

I don't want to freeze but can't decide what sort of jacket/shrug would go?

I have loads of shoes so can be fairly flexible about adding a colour - but would probably want to stick with nude, black, red or gold heels.

Please help!
