In need of a school shirt for dd who is large of nork

Dd is generously proportioned (36e) in the chest area and I'm struggling to find a decent white shirt that buttons up to the top (she wears a tie) but doesn't gape at the breast and is long enough to tuck into her trousers. She outgrew the usual uniform sizes ages ago and is currently having to wear a cami top under a men's shirt as it

Crap, finger slipped Blush

...as it gapes.

Do any of you wise mnetters know where I can find this holy grail of shirt?

My sister's dd ended up with a ladies shirt/blouse from asda I think rather than a school wear one

I'm sure I won't be the first (but just in case I am) are you sure her bra size is correct? 36 is pretty big.
Anyway, M&S do shirts that are supposed to not gape. Pepperberry are too short to tuck in properly IME, but worth a look.

M&S do a fuller bust shirt as do Bravissimo

Thank you! I've never heard of the no gape shirt. I'll go and order some now.

dun1 she was measured and I didn't believe it either but she gets 'double boob' and complains of tightness in anything smaller then a 36E. I'm hoping she won't get much larger, for her backs sake (dd is only 13)

Where was she measured? If she's not wearing a size 16 skirt (or thereabouts), then she's not a 36 back, and is much more likely a 32FF/G

Maybe she needs smaller back size and bigger cup. I am size 20/22 and wear a 36 back bra

She wears size 12/14 jeans. I used the mn bra measurement thing but didn't believe it so took her to bravissimo. But we are solidly built folk. I'm a size 20/22 too but I have a size 40 back. I was never below a 36 during my teenage years when I was a solid size 12.

Measured by whom? I'm guessing same as CMOT tbh.
I know that's not what you came on to ask, but a well fitted bra will make an enormous difference. I was 'measured' in a 36DD at 14/15. I really, really wasn't, but it was so much better than the C cup my smallbusted DM thought I should be wearing that I thought it was right Grin not bitter, noooo, and why would I want a reduction???
I'm a 30/32 back, size 12.

X post. Just seen you've been bravissimoed Grin

I don't think she'll mind another shopping trip too much lol. She is quite sporty and really needed a properly supportive sports bra which is why I didn't trust my measurements so took her somewhere proper.

I do appreciate the comments though. Thank you for the shirt help. I've ordered both the m&s one and the pepperberry one to see which is the best fit
