you know the ones we sometimes get for £10 or £20 off. So I got a £20 off one, what I bought wasn't at all suitable, returned it, I thought I might be able to use the voucher again, but no, I can't Sad. I'm sure that never used to be the case...

Someone mentioned this on a recent Boden thread, because of this I played very safe and got coasters and last time I got socks, would they not do an exchange for a different size or was it totally unsuitable.

You have to exchange to be able to reuse the voucher. That's been the case for the last year or so I think.

Bet you get another one soon, I've had four (count em!) vouchers this autumn but I've a) forgotten to use one in time and then b) bought something that needed to be returned. Finally got something I like with the most recent voucher Grin.

Having said that usually I play safe and buy something for the kids or cashmere for myself.

It did state that on the T&Cs on the voucher....though I have to admit I had to read them about 5 times to understand that's what it meant!

I order a few treaty type bits that I wouldn't normally order from there. Worked out a bargain with 25% off as well.

Ah always exchange, then you won't loose it. I know lots of people who had that problem. Sometimes if you complain via live chat then they give you account credit but it's not guaranteed.
thegiddy - although the vouchers have an expiry date I've managed to use some 6 months later and they've gone through fine. Again, I wouldn't guarrentee that they will still work, but I've never had a problem so always worth trying.

As others have said, it does say this in the small print. You can exchange though. My order with the £20 voucher only came to £18 and they credited the remaining £2 to my account, which I have been able to use after the voucher ran out. I didn't think they would do that having read the T&C.
