Chicken neck

I'm 39 and this morning I noticed I'm getting chicken neck and a slightly slacker jawline, but I don't know what to do if I moisturise my neck I always get spots and blackheads. What do you all do to remedy and indeed prevent it?

Wish there was an answer. I moisturise liberally every day using an anti-wrinkle cream but sadly nothing defies time!
