Will Schuh let me exchange?

My grandma very kindly bought me a pair of boots for my holiday from Schuh and passed them along family members to me.

She has bought me a size smaller than I am in this particular brand though. She doesn't have the receipt and paid cash.

Do you think if I took them in store they would let me swap them for the size up? The box is plain there's no schuh stickers on or anything. (Am thinking along the lines of at Argos they know it's their product by the catalogue number stickers)

schuh are usually really good for returns. Much better than Office, who are shit
