It must be quite old as she is wearing it in an article dated 6th December 2013 in the Daily Mail.

It is indeed Samantha Sung, but it's an old pattern so it would need to be custom made. I was hoping to wear it for a wedding in 2 weeks though, so won't get it in time. ANy ideas where I'd find a pretty accurate lookalike?!
