Brown wedge Autumn Boots

I live in Ireland and we have had no Summer, so I have stopped looking longingly at all my lovely wedges sandals, mules etc and start looking at boots. I bought few pairs last year but would really like wedge, brown knee high boots ! I walk a lot, teach, and have 4 children, so need them to be smart but still be able to go for walk with my dog without changing.
As I speak I am looking at rain pouring down, as it has since April, so need them to be water proof! !
