I have a fendi spy bag I bought off eBay around 10 years ago. I'm 99%sure it's real, but obviously, as it was off eBay, I can't guarantee it. Is there anywhere I can send it to who would know and would sell it? I've heard of website that do the selling and take a percentage, which is fine, but need someone who can say if it's real or not.

It cost me £112

If you Google "is my Fendi handbag genuine" you will see lots of threads. Some from eBay and IME those eBay ones can be trusted. Where are you OP?

I take that last statement back op.
I see some fabrics are selling at cheaper prices.
Get it authicated so you don't get into bother .
Purse forum is the place to start.

My advice ,keep it till the spy bag comes back to fashion, remember its the bag everyone wants to forget it ever existed,

You don't need to get it authenticated to know if its genuine, fendi bags specially the selleria leather bags have a plaque with serial number on it, if not then look for a small shiny silver sticker tucked in the corners of the bag,the bottom of the lining, if you can't find either, then its possible its a fake,

it is leather, but was only second hand when i bought it, not new.
it does have the hologram inside and the plaque, which leads me to believe it is real. but as i say, really dont want to ebay it, then have someone buy it and say its fake, paypal will refund the buyer and ill lose out both ways.

ive looked into taking it to a dress agency type place, but they keep 60%!!! i think thats extortionate!!

i want it all ways !!!! :D

You could try googling both Authenticate4u and also The Purse Forum - both can check serial numbers against known fakes etc.
