capsule holiday wardrobe - size 20 (or therabouts)

Have posted before and got some helpful advice but still struggling to get a decent wardrobe for hot holiday. Got couple of long dresses Mantaray. Think will be ok for beach.

Want some sort of loose white shirt as throwover for by pool. Had one a few years ago from matalan - cheap and cheerful but looked good for the holiday. anybody seen anything similar.

Also still on hunt for more dresses - just a couple - but prefer to sit below knees - most sun dresses just seem too short.

What else can I wear to look cool and stylish (and preferably two sizes smaller)

I bought this recently. It comes up big in the sizes - I'm normally a 20 in monsoon tops and bought a 16
