I need some new clothes as I haven't bought anything for years after being pregnant, bfing etc. I don't really know where to start looking so I'm hoping for a few suggestions of brands.

I like the plainer Boden things like denim skirts, stripey tops and jersey dresses. Seasalt looks nice, can anyone suggest other brands along those lines? Thank you!

Uniqlo.

They only have branches in London. It's not exactly high fashion but the quality and priced are good.

I recommend the jeggings and jersey tops.

Yes, Uniqlo! They will be right up your street.

White Stuff and Joules if you avoid the most obvious prints. Fat Face, too.

monsoon stock really pretty simple tops

not white stuff or Joules unless you want to look post natal for the rest of your life IMO

IMO white stuff and fatface are both like Boden in that the simpler items are nice. I avoid the white stuff prints and skirts but buy tops there.

their sizing is odd too. Really skimpy

Mistral.

Thanks, I'll have a look in John Lewis as it looks like they do a few of those brands. Never heard of Mistral but looks lovely!

You might like Kin in John Lewis. Nomads clothing have changed their clothing style too recently.

Nomads plain t shirts look fab! Thanks for the tip.
