Next VIP delivery times?????

go away next Friday looking at trying to order some things tomorrow from Next sale. but the site says deliveries can take up to 14 days.............anyone any experience of delivery times when they've ordered from sale, how quick did they come?

Ime anything from a couple of days up to 10 days. It is a bit random.

sale stuff does take longer to be delivered, usually the in stock stuff takes 3 to 4 days at earliest, other stuff can be weeks.

how do you find out when your orders ready? do the text/ email you when items arrive?

living in hope:).............do you return stuff as normal with sale stuff? and last question hehe, if they come when im away what happens or can i cancel the day before i go any items that haven't arrived............

Generally when you make the order it gives you an estimate of how long things will be. I've found it fairly accurate in the past so you can just cancel if things will be too late. Oh and if you order any of the non Next brand stuff it will take a lot longer.

Well as an update, I've bought six things in the sale and all but one say they should be available for collection by Monday 20th.

My order of 39 items (I may have gone slightly OTT but it is mostly for the DCs....) will mostly be ready to collect from my nearest shop on Monday 20th, the rest is 4-6 week delay!

Blimey just checked and the 2 things I ordered are now out of stock! I ordered a pair of Nike trainers for myself and a pair of harem trousers for dd. My slot was at 5 and I checked out at 5.03!

I've ordered some holiday bits and pieces but it's come up with a 10-12 week delivery time so if previous experience is anything to go by it won't show up and next will cancel my order in about 4 months time! Ironically the winter jumpers ordered for DH are all in stock, hmm!

Last time the ones that didn't say "4-6 weeks" or some other ridiculously long timescale arrived on the first day or the instore sale.

From past experience, they can be still drifting in for 2-3 months, though. O tend to shop a size or two ahead, for the boys, in the sale.

And I got a 5pm slot (wasn't expecting one, as haven't bought anything for about 2 months) and stuff was appearing as out of stock all the time. Sometimes there's only one or two of something left in a particular size.
