What is your facial skincare regime?

I use a sensitive cleansing lotion in the shower every morning (and sometimes an exfoliant if my skin's dry) then moisturise using an oil free moisturiser. If I do anymore to my skin it gets spotty but mine is very sensitive.

I fear I am too old at 29 but I just wash my face with nivea face wash like this www.boots.com/en/NIVEA-Daily-Essentials-Refreshing-Facial-Wash-Gel-150ml_1277188/?cm_mmc=pla--google--PLAs-_-Boots+Shopping+-+Category+-+Beauty

or sometimes the exfoliating one if the skin round my nose needs to be done www.superdrug.com/Nivea/Nivea-Daily-Essentials-Gentle-Exfoliating-Scrub-150ml/p/477050?gclid=CNfJyJXZ2sYCFUXItAodaHUJTg&gclsrc=aw.ds#.VaUKKF9VhHw

I use whichever I make up remover or moisturiser I can get my hands on in the supermarket.

I don't always take off my make up at the end of the day, which I need to do. I blame my mum but she only uses soap and water with a flannel and I'm not convinced it makes much difference. She looks like she has aged like her mum and sister who probably take more care. I just like the above because they feel clean.

Thanks Smile
I really need to start taking my make up off at night too, that's my worst sin.
I go through phases of cleansing, toning, moisturising, taking make up off, using a scrub etc and then go through phases of doing nothing.
Just wondered if there's something I should be doing that I'll appreciate in the future.
I agree about the water only thing as that's all my mum ever used and her skin is lovely, it's only recently she's started using all the creams and serums etc

Clarisonic mia used with a non abrasive exfoliatior like nip&fab glycol if cleanser 1-2 times a week.

Make up removed religiously yeah right every night with bioderma micellar water followed by Liz Earle cleanse and polish and either body shop vitamin E serum or Sisley rose masque depending on how dry my skin is.

The vast majority of the time it feels like a massive chore!

I'm 25.

Clinique Take the Day off Balm cleanser and REN clay cleanser removed with flannel.
REN acid toner.
Clarins Blue Orchid oil.
Superdrug eye cream.
Nivea moisturiser.

1-2 a week I use a light retinol and a different 1-2 time a week I use Liquid Gold. Intensive moisturiser and face mask once a week as I have dry skin.

Constantly wear SPF on face, neck and hands, have done since I was a teenager. I drink lots of water, don't smoke, rarely drink and eat quite a lot of F&V.

My DMum has fantastic skin so hoping I have inherited those genes, as well as looking after my skin as well as I can now.
