Karen Millen Sizing - Help!

Please help me with this 1 2 3 sizing nonsense.

I'm a 12 in Karen Millen dresses, so what would I be in tops? Not sure whether to go for 2 or 3.

The KM website is not v helpful!

Went in there today, it's just an odd shop. Clothes that try too hard to be sexy and are not at all elegant.
