teeth...anything I can do?

The sad thing is I've always had a lovely smile. Nice , even quite white teeth. Then to my horror as I'm getting older I notice d quite a bit of discoloration around the base of a couple of them at the side at the bottom. Not visible when I smile but there none the less. I bleached them but it made no difference. I suspect the enamel has worn at the base. They don't hurt. I wondered if there's anything I can paint on a bit like nail varnish.
I've always looked after my teeth. Just an old age thing.
Got an event coming up soon so I'd like them to look their best .
Any ideas please.
