I've been waxing for years but recently bought a lumea compact. however, the tone difference between my hair and skin colour is not great, especially with a bit of a tan, so i decided to shave for a while and use ipl over winter. I'm already bored with the shaving so could anyone recommend an epilator for me please? ideally £50 max.
