App that is free to accurately record exercise?

Any recommendations? I want to be able to input my weight and the exercise done and get an accurate calorie readout, eg am 21 stones/ 130 kilos and swam 32 lengths fast last night

My fitness pal is quite good, not sure about accuracy though. If you want properly accurate you need an HRM...
