Can those who've had a boob job come and share your recommendations please?

Have posted this in chat too, but think this might be the better board for it....

2015 is the year I would like to get my boobs done. Breast feeding 3 children in 3 years back-to-back has taken its toll, and I cannot continue with the Spaniel ear look into 2016.

I went to see a consultant in London yesterday (I live in Rome) based on a recommendation from a friend who had hers done with him (Mr Matti) and was told that not only do I need augmentation (implants), but that I will also need a mastopexy due to my severe droop/sag (a lift, essentially).

This was disappointing as I was hoping to only have the implants, but he felt the result wouldn't be very good if I didn't go for the lift too (my friend only had implants and so was basing my budget on what she had done, but now it appears I will have to pay quite a bit more: £10.5k instead of £7k all in).

His before/after photos looked good. He was nice but I now feel like I should see some other consultants, especially as the price is getting astronomical.

Can anyone share their experiences? Do any of you have a surgeon you would recommend? Did anyone get the implant AND lift combo and feel it was worth the extra cash?

Perhaps any recommendations for a Rome surgeon? I am visiting my GP next week to discuss with her, but would rather use someone that can vouch for them (I know you are all strangers on the internet, but would still be good to get your recommendations for the initial consult at least).
