Dress Dilemma

Hi all,

I need a bit of advice... I'm currently pregnant with my second child, i'm only 6 weeks, but have got quite a bit of bloat going on around the tummy area, and I feel like a small house. The problem I have is that, in a few weeks when I'll be 8 weeks gone, DP and I are having an engagement party.
I don't want to look obviously pregnant, but at the same time, I don't want to buy something that I may only get one wear out of. Do I buy a dress in a bigger size (i'm normally a large 14/small 16 in dresses), or do I bite the bullet and get a maternity dress that I can wear a few more times and risk showing off my lovely bloated belly?
