How to get lovely chocolatey brown hair?

As opposed to flat brown hair. I usually just get a tint to deepen my mousey hair and to cover the greys.

It's very dark though.

What should I be doing/asking for at the hairdressers?

Ask the hairdresser, buy a shine spray as well, thats my only tips.
