I have been thinking about getting low lights for sometime now. I am naturally fair and have had highlights at the hairdressers a year ago and have since been colouring with a semi-permanent hair colour and also looking after it more. The condition has improved as my hair is very fine. My question is should I stick with semi-permanent hair colours as I have heard that they are kinder to your hair or should I go with the low lights?
