Help me accessorise for 1920s NYE party

I have this dress, which I think will work with the right accessories. Trouble is I have no accessories and am rubbish at them. So what do I need?

Budget is low because I don't want to waste money on things I will probably only wear once. I'm in London, so can get to any of the chain shops in time. Any ideas? Thanks!
