Where can you get cheap children's Christmas jumpers from?

My son needs one for one day school dress down day. He is never going to wear it again ever so I don't want to spend a lot. They are £13 in tesco which seems a lot compared to fact that it only raised £1 a child for the charity they are collecting for. Does anyone know where else I could look? is Primark doing any (Matalan is a long way from me)? Thanks very much.

I bought DSs in primark and its cotton knit rather than Tesco polyester. It was about £7 for a toddler.
