& Other Stories delivery

Does anyone have any experience of online order delivery from & Other Stories. I ordered from them last week, no notification of dispatch yet so I presume the order hasn't been sent.
I've since remembered they are linked to H&M and I experienced terribly slow delivery from them, so much so that I would never order from them again.
Now I'm worried & Other Stories are just as bad....

They can be slow. Which is v annoying after paying £6 for delivery.

I ordered some boots from them last week and got an email three days later to say the order had been cancelled because they were out if stock. Shit service. They've come back in so I've reordered them (because I am in love with them), but not holding out much hope.

I've only ordered from them once before and when I sent the item back (very weirdly cut blouse) they did refund the delivery cost which I thought was good, especially because they charge £6.

I order loads from H&M for me and the kids and although they're slow, the service is always very good whenever I've rung them up.

I've been lucky enough with delivery. But for £6 I was expecting delivery within the hour. Stuff in the sale is random, delivery is slower and things go out of stock, even when you've ordered and paid. Clearly, H&M, Cos, other stories aren't fussed about online sales.

Oh no, thanks for the responses, I'll just have to wait it out, was hoping to have the item for next weekend, I won't hold my breath now though.
I thought the delivery charge was steep and was hoping for quick delivery as a result, but I waited 4 weeks for my H&M order (which was incomplete when I finally got it) so it looks like this could be similar....
Why bother having an online shopping service if it's going to be so poor, it really does nothing for their reputation.

My pet peeve is also shops that charge for items they don't have stock of. Topshop used to be awful for this. Really hope this isn't going to be the case here....
