Hair treatment ouls for dry over coloured hair

So a little while ago I got some Argan oil hair treatment (with Moroccan oil) hair treatment from a pound shop. I used a little bit on the ends just before blow drying & to be honest didn't think wow or anything. Thinking maybe if I use it as a pre- wash treatment it may help my over- coloured mop? I should I apply to dry hair or wet hair & leave in as long as possible then just wash & condition as normal? I coloured my hair about 3 days ago, but it was a epic fail so I washed it out.

I do have some of that loreal extraordinary oil as well, however, when I've used that, my hair had ended up in a total frizzy mass! Don't know why but some reason it just frizzed my hair & makes it look worse!?

I have some olive oil as well in the kitchen cupboard! Ha ha, but I'm thinking the Argan one maybe the the one to go with?!

Mashed avocado is the best thing ever for dry, colored hair. It's tricky to wash out though.
