Spring summer school jacket for DS (15)?

Might the S&B experts have spotted anything their teenage sons would want to wear to school over uniform please? Rural Cornwall offers very few stylish options, and he is seriously picky. In his perfect world it would be Belstaff/military looks; my must is mum-friendly price. He won't wear anything with overt branding or in bright colours! Where should I look?
