Skin redness

I must have sensitive skin as everything I use leaves me with redness around my nose and especially the chin. I am currently using coconut oil to first cleanse and then finish with bioderma cleansing water to remove the last traces of makeup. For night moisturising I use Ren oil. Can anyone recommend a product to stop the redness, I am especially interested in La Roche posay, but not sure which cream I should be buying from that line.

Rosaliac is their anti redness range, google for some reviews of the range. I use Elemis SOS cream mixed with my moisturiser to calm my redness.
