I usually have pretty good skin, odd spot when time of the month etc but my skin has not been clear for months now , just the odd spot here and they but I've got 4 at the minute. Without concealer they are bright red. I don't mess with them and have been using free deem wash which seems to dry them up but tbh I haven't had skin like this for years. I wear make up every day but only blush, gloss and mascara - never wear foundation. I cleanse every morning and night. It's pissing me off - just get rid of one and another pops up and they take ages to go. Any ideas?

I've got this, just turned 44. Started probably 18 months ago. I think it's hormonal. Had a course of antibiotics of the doc last year which cleared them but they've started to come back so I'm going back to GP this week. I would go and see the doc, doubt it's to do with your make up or cleansing routine.
