coat help please....

I caught my last coat on a nail [sad] and now need a new 1. This was perfect apart from.it didn't have a hood. I would like a coat that Is long (past bum) Quilted Hooded Waterproof so no wool duffle coats although they do look warm Thick enough for winter [[http://www.very.co.uk/so-fabulous-hooded-quilted-parka-coat/1271998733.prd like this]] I did order this but the quality is disgusting. I bought ot last week of another site and it waa £60 [hmm] Help please
