Please help accessorise this dress...

This one is black but mine is navy with a rose gold belt, I have neutral shoes but need a bag, something for warmth and jewellery. I don't have lots of cash to spend so nothing too pricey.
I have no idea what colours to get as I suspect lots of things will clash with the rose gold metallic belt???
I have no eye for these things, please help!!!
