Shock Absorbers are really good. Try Sweatshops for a free fitting and ordering service.

Agree, Shock Absorbers. They have bras with different levels of bounce control depending on how big they are and what sort of sport.

I'm a 32C and tesco sports bras really suit me for running / general gym classes..

Depends how much support you need.

I'm a 32C and love my M&S sports bra which fastens with a zip in the in the middle front. Really easy to put on, some other sports bras can be a faff.

Another vote for Shock Absorbers. Just got this bargain to add to the 3 I already have.

Whichever you go for, don't get the ones that you have to put over your head then do up at the back - too awkward.

I find Nike bras the best - not the cheapest sadly, but definitely the best. I'm a B/C cup though so not blessed of nork.

I like the shock absorber max too. If you like underwired then the freya is very good imo. In all of these, go up a back size from normal (assuming you are wearing a well fitting bra) as they run small

Shock absorbers max - I'm a 32F and its very comfortable. I run twice a week and at 18 months it's just beginning to go.

Depends on your size as someone else said. I'm a 30H and have a Panache Ultimate Sports bra, it's amazing, a real beast of a bra with total suport and control. I tried Shock Absorber Max and Freya Active as well but they were rubbish for my size. Completely inadequate control.

Shock Absorber Run (not Max) is fantastic. Goes up to G cup I think...plenty of same thread previously with loads of votes for it too.

I'm a 34DD, and tried the Shock Absorber and the Panache sports bra - the Panache felt a lot more comfortable and supportive for me. Following recommendations on S&B I went up a band size and down a cup size on the Shock Absorber, and it still felt a bit tight, whereas I'm not really conscious of the Panache one at all.

Having said that, when I'm running, I'm actually not that conscious of anything other than how many seconds I've got until I can start walking again.
