Body brush

I have bought a Sanctuary body brush (Hip & Thigh one). It's got bristles and rubber nodules on it. Round, with a strap across to make it into a mitt. What do I do with it? Do you use it daily? In the shower? With water? With shower gel? Dry?

No instructions, to speak of and I need to sort my hips and thighs in terms of cellulite/wobble-age

You use it dry, usually in circular motions or long strokes up towards the heart. You'll be amazed at the amount of dead skin that will come off
